• We provide free returns within 90 days for undamaged and uninstalled parts.
• If we made a mistake or the part is defective, we’ll cover return shipping for you.
• If you ordered the wrong item, you'll need to pay return shipping, but we’ll quickly refund the item when it arrives in new, resellable condition.

We ship Monday - Friday, minus most bank calendar holidays.

All in-stock orders shipping via UPS are guaranteed to ship out same business day when ordered by 4:30 pm EST.

In-stock orders shipping via USPS ship either the same business day or the next.

Out-of-stock items typically ship within a week, but may vary. Orders only ship out once all items are in stock. Please contact us for exact lead times or to coordinate a partial shipment for in-stock items.

Orders placed on the website over the weekend ship Monday or the next non-holiday business day.

We ship from our office/warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

UPS is our recommended carrier. We can typically provide the most reliable and trackable transit times with UPS. We provide USPS as an economy shipping option, but encourage customers to expect slower transit times.

Note: UPS doesn’t reliably deliver to PO boxes; if using one, please select USPS as a carrier at checkout and/or check with your post office before using UPS.

UPS Next Day Air does not cover Saturdays. To coordinate a Saturday delivery, local pick-up, or other special circumstances, please contact us.

We are not a registered dealer for RVs, but we sell the exact OEM parts used on popular lines such as Thor Motor Coach, Tiffin, and Fleetwood. So - we do not sell motorhomes or directly represent the RV OEMs. We do buy parts from registered dealers and original equipment suppliers within the RV industry who sell to the major RV brands.

We charge sales tax for orders shipped to:

MI, FL, WI, GA, IL, AR, and TX.

Local pickups are charged Michigan sales tax.

If you’re tax-exempt, contact us to get approved and we'll happily waive sales tax!

International customers including from Canada are responsible for any import fees imposed by the destination country at the border.

All warranties on our parts follow the manufacturer’s terms, which vary. Contact us with your order number, and we’ll help right away.

Keep the packaging and call us immediately.

We’ll arrange a replacement.

We do need a credit card on file to send the replacement.

If the damaged item isn’t returned within 90 days, we’ll need to charge for the replacement.
