  • We provide free returns within 90 days for undamaged and uninstalled parts.
  • If we made a mistake or the part is defective, we’ll cover return shipping for you.
  • If you ordered the wrong item, you'll need to pay return shipping, but we’ll quickly refund the item when it arrives in new, resellable condition.

Please note - Returns must be authorized. Contact us first to get an RGA number.

Orders for in-stock items placed by 4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday, ship the same day.
Weekend orders ship the next business day (excluding major U.S. holidays).

Out-of-stock or non-stocked items usually ship in 3–5 business days, depending on vendor availability and our incoming inventory levels. If an item is listed on our site, it should be a regularly stocked part.

If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, it will ship when everything is available—unless you request partial shipping (please note extra charges may apply).

We ship via UPS from our office/warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

If you need a different shipping method or want to pick up locally, please let us know and we can arrange for a pick-up!

Please note - We cannot reliably provide deliveries to PO Boxes because UPS doesn’t handle them well. Please check with your post office about UPS deliveries before asking us to ship to a PO Box.

Payment is collected at the time of order to secure your item(s), regardless of shipping or backorder status. If you want to confirm shipping dates please contact us.

We are not a registered dealer for RVs, but we sell the exact OEM parts used on popular lines such as Thor Motor Coach, Tiffin, and Fleetwood. So - we do not sell motorhomes or directly represent the RV OEMs. We do buy parts from registered dealers and original equipment suppliers within the RV industry who sell to the major RV brands.

We charge sales tax for orders shipped to:

MI, FL, WI, GA, IL, AR, and TX.

Local pickups are charged Michigan sales tax.

If you’re tax-exempt, contact us to get approved and we'll happily waive sales tax!

International customers including from Canada are responsible for any import fees imposed by the destination country at the border.

All warranties on our parts follow the manufacturer’s terms, which vary. Contact us with your order number, and we’ll help right away.

Keep the packaging and call us immediately.

We’ll arrange a replacement.

We do need a credit card on file to send the replacement.

If the damaged item isn’t returned within 90 days, we’ll need to charge for the replacement.

We stock parts based on actual customer demand, driven by quotes, sales, usage data, and feedback.
